So many businesses waste their time, money and other resources on big game hunting - that is seeking out new clients - when there is so much business close at hand. Current clients are right there to either upsell or get referrals, but that is not as much fun for marketers. They’d rather spend their money on major ad campaigns aimed at people who don’t know them. Does this make sense to you? Me neither.
